Persimmon Worthing Short Mysteries vol 1 is an entertaining collection of humorous cozy short mysteries, featuring amateur sleuth Persimmon Worthing, a woman of a certain age who knows all her neighbours' secrets and peccadillos.

In the small town of Blossom City, Persimmon Worthing's  home town, not a month goes by wihtout something untoward occurring.

It could be a suspicious death, an abducted pudding, or attempted duckicide. It could happen at a parade, a music festival, a pickling competition, a family reunion, or in Persimmon's back garden.
